Interns typically work under the supervision of experienced engineers, assisting with real-world projects, conducting research, and developing technical skills. These internships help students apply their academic knowledge, explore different engineering disciplines, and build a professional network. Most internships last a few months and can be paid or unpaid, depending on the company and location.
