Work closely with senior-level project managers and professional engineers to gain project management and engineering experience.Must be able to communicate complex engineering issues and concepts to technical and non-technical clients and project teams.Assist in developing the scope of services, cost estimates, and proposals for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, transportation, and infrastructure.Perform geotechnical field work including field reconnaissance, preparation of field boring logs, obtaining soil samples, construction observation, and material testing services.Participate in geotechnical laboratory testing, engineering analysis, and development of engineering recommendations.Prepare reports, plans, and specifications based on engineering analysis.Attend meetings with clients as a representative of THD.Project management activities to track and evaluate project scope, schedules, and budgets.Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning.
