Position Summary
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of quality control systems and equipment by supporting process capability and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, driving data-driven analysis, troubleshooting, and calibration activities to maintain compliance with regulatory, customer, and company standards, and contributing to product quality, operational efficiency, and risk management through technical expertise and collaborative problem-solving
Essential Functions/Key Deliverables
Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques to support process capability and corrective actions
Manage measurement system analysis, including inspection systems, gauge management, calibration, and analytical testing
Develop and implement instructions for inspecting, testing, calibrating, and evaluating products, equipment, and processes
Review Certificates of Acceptance (CoA) for produced batches and ensure timely release
Conduct process capability analysis (Cpk, Ppk, CTQ) and maintain calibration certificates for equipment
Support quality product development, trial tests, and customer audits
Assist in developing and delivering quality training for employees
Participate in traceability, investigations, and root cause analysis for nonconforming products and complaints
Execute periodic gap analysis and generate reports, charts, and improvement projects
Monitor and test critical control points (CCPs) and perform internal audits, generating action plans for findings
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental and quality standards
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HARA, ISO, and BRCGS standards.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience in quality metrics, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to calibration, process capability analysis, and audit support.
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance standards (HARA, ISO, BRCGS), manufacturing processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in internal quality processes, tools, and proprietary systems.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge independently and collaboratively.
