Responsibilities
- Support generation and execution of formal test protocols and reports for medical devices
- Set up, operate, and maintain testing equipment with minimal supervision
- Accurately collect, document, and organize test data, presenting findings in clear, reportable formats
- Expedite and track development builds through documentation and manufacturing processes
- Provide process and test method training to manufacturing and quality control personnel
- Maintain compliance with company policies, ISO, and FDA requirements
- Work safely within a biohazard environment following all safety protocols
Required Skills and Experience
- Associate's degree in science, math, or engineering, or 4+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, lab, or medical device environments
- Proven lab experience and familiarity with standard laboratory practices
- High attention to detail; adept at documentation and data management
- Proficiency in Minitab and Excel
- Technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team
- Strong organizational and math/statistics skills
- Comfortable with testing and manufacturing equipment
Preferred Skills
- Prior medical device industry experience
- Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulatory requirements
- Experience training or mentoring others in a lab or manufacturing setting
