Bala is seeking an ambitious degreed Structural Engineer in our Arlington, VA (DC area) office who thrives on challenges and want to grow their career. Suitable candidates should possess basic knowledge of and exposure to building design.

The basic requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in structural or civil engineering, with relevant internship/co-op experience
  • 0-4 years relevant experience
  • EIT accreditation a plus (PE preferred)
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • General knowledge of applicable codes
  • Strong technical writing
  • Presentation and client interface ability
