Title: Sales Manager – Engineering Services

Full-time/Permanent employment

Location: Novi, Michigan

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow engineering services revenue
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, bids, and tenders
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized technical solutions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
  • Support account management and client retention strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within engineering services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of engineering consulting, EPC, or technical services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical proposals and scopes of work
