What You'll Do
Depending on your role and experience level, responsibilities may include:
  • Preparing and reviewing site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and erosion & sediment control plans
  • Producing high-quality CAD deliverables and supporting project design efforts
  • Performing engineering analyses, calculations, and technical reports
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Leading client communications and supporting business development initiatives
  • Providing mentorship, oversight, and quality control for junior team members

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will bring:
  • Experience in land development design, civil engineering, or related CAD production
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • For engineering roles: a degree in Civil Engineering or related field (EIT/PE preferred for higher-level roles)
