Job description

Summary: Specialty Engineer is an advanced journeyman level position with expertise in one or more areas such as HVAC, Kitchen Tech, Electrician, Carpentry or Plumbing. Specialty Engineers will work in multiple areas of the facility with a primary focus in the specialty area requiring intensive and diversified engineering principles and practices. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Perform engineering rounds and check equipment for proper operating functionality and perform minor repairs and adjustments; Maintain documentation; Perform installation and repairs of failed equipment and parts on utility systems; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance duties on buildings, building systems and equipment.
