Summary: Ensure the hotel maintains the guest appeal of the property. Engineer is the journeyman level for engineering positions responsible for implementation of projects requiring intensive and diversified engineering principles and practices. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Monitor operating equipment and systems (boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, water heaters, cooling towers, etc.) Perform engineering rounds and check equipment for proper operating functionality Perform minor repairs and adjustments Identify and resolve maintenance deficiencies Maintain and store tools and equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance duties on buildings Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Performs other duties as assigned
