Job description

Responsible for providing engineering leadership and support, including the planning, design, installation and optimization of new and existing equipment and processes.   Collaborates with production and staff personnel in investigating, analyzing and planning action for correction of production issues that involve engineering considerations.  Position has engineering oversight of 3 locations across the region.  Other duties as assigned. 

B.S. in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical). Must have 8-10 years industry-related experience in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of process improvement concepts, data analysis, diagnostic tools and techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to participate on and lead cross-functional teams. Strong project management experience, particularly of complex projects.
