About the Role 

The Process Engineer Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence within our Processing operations. This position is responsible for delivering key performance indicators, driving efficiency, and providing oversight for both ScMM and Conventional Factories. You'll lead with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while fostering a positive team culture. 

What You'll Do 

Operational Leadership & Process Control 

  • Oversee processing operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards. 
  • Monitor Siemens and Cobra Process Control Systems; troubleshoot software and hardware issues. 
  • Manage HACCP documentation and QA/QC procedures to maintain food safety compliance. 

Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving 

  • Analyze process and waste data to reduce variability and improve efficiency. 
  • Champion ideas to simplify and enhance work processes, driving innovation and cost savings. 
  • Stay current on technological advancements and implement upgrades as needed. 

Team Development & Collaboration 

  • Lead and coach team members to achieve performance goals and maintain strong sanitation practices. 
  • Foster positive employee relations, including proper interpretation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). 
  • Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams to anticipate and resolve process flow issues. 

About You 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science. 
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Process Engineer and 2 years as a Process Supervisor. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred). 
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant operations and control systems (Siemens PCS7 and Cobra preferred). 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
