The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with practical experience in product launches, release planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement methodologies. This person will build repeatable processes, improve execution quality, and ensure products and releases move from planning to launch in a structured and scalable way.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage integrated GTM plans across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Enablement, and Operations
  • Define launch scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, and success criteria
  • Drive cross-functional readiness for internal and external launch activities
  • Ensure launch deliverables are completed on time, with clear accountability and escalation paths
  • Coordinate launch communications, enablement planning, release calendars, and stakeholder updates

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align release timelines, milestones, and decision points
  • Establish and maintain release governance, release checklists, and readiness reviews
  • Track key release dependencies, risks, and blockers and drive mitigation plans
  • Ensure release documentation, internal communications, training, and support readiness are in place before launch
  • Facilitate post-release retrospectives and capture lessons learned for future improvements

Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across launch, release, and cross-functional planning processes
  • Design and implement scalable workflows, templates, governance models, and operating rhythms
  • Standardize best practices for GTM execution, release management, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to program execution, release quality, launch readiness, and process efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce friction, improve predictability, and increase organizational maturity

Stakeholder and Change Management
  • Serve as the central coordination point across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
  • Build alignment on priorities, timelines, resource needs, trade-offs, and critical decisions
  • Create clear executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and risk summaries
  • Support organizational adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Drive accountability while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships

New Tools Implementation
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools that improve GTM execution, release management, and operational workflows
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements, use cases, and success criteria for new systems
  • Coordinate rollout plans, testing, training, documentation, and change management activities for newly implemented tools
  • Ensure new tools integrate effectively with existing processes, reporting structures, and cross-functional operating models
  • Track tool adoption, process impact, and optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, GTM Program Management, Release Management, or a related function
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market programs and product or version release cycles
  • Strong background in managing complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience building and improving business processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
