Program Manager Hybrid in Rochester Hills, MI

Our client, a global leader in design & manufacturing for the automotive sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their collaborative team in Rochester Hills.

Responsibilities:

The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to launch new automotive projects:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and milestone tracking from concept through launch
  • Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales
  • Manage customer expectations, timing, and technical deliverables
  • Facilitate regular customer and internal project meetings
  • Drive risk management, change control, and continuous improvement
  • Support sample builds, production readiness, and validation activities
  • Ensure project documentation aligns with internal standards and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with global teams and maintain customer-facing professionalism
Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
