  • Professional Engineering (PE) License
  • At least 8 years of practical highway engineering design experience, including MDOT project experience, with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with established clients
  • Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
  • Manage projects from preliminary studies and engineering through final design and construction documents for bidding
  • Lead the development and design of new projects from beginning to end
  • Maintain existing client relationships
  • Assist in the development new clients and opportunities
