Working within an Agile squad environment, the candidate will serve as a hands-on contributor throughout the entire project delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. In addition to delivering new functionality, you will oversee operational support, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, drive continuous improvements, ensure application stability and performance, and contribute to other related technical and operational activities as required.

You're Good At

  • Building modern, secure, full-stack applications across the front end (e.g., React) and back end (e.g., .NET)
  • Eliciting and documenting system requirements and developing a detailed understanding of system functionality in order to serve as a subject matter expert for multiple applications within the team
  • Proactively identifying and independently solving most non-routine problems by applying broad knowledge, troubleshooting system issues as they arise
  • Working independently with minimal day-to-day guidance, prioritizing your time and communicating clearly at all levels of the organization
  • Defining and executing multiple or more complex tasks with timely, high-quality results
  • Actively monitoring and resolving issues with a sense of urgency, proactively communicating to keep key stakeholders and the management team informed
  • Applying Agile product delivery methodologies and principles, including work estimation techniques Leveraging AI tools and agents to work faster and solve problems more effectively
  • Partnering effectively with AI coding agents - knowing when to delegate, how to review their output, and where human judgment is essential
  • Learning new tools and technologies with a high degree of technical competence
  • Working with a multicultural, distributed team across different time zones, with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of software development experience delivering production-grade applications.
  • Strong proficiency with a modern stack such as C#, .NET, Node.js,

  • Solid understanding of modern application architectures (microservices, API-first, single-page apps) and command of core design patterns (e.g., MVC, CQRS, Repository).
  • Experience building or integrating AI-powered features using LLM APIs (e.g.,
  • Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) - such as conversational interfaces, summarization, or intelligent search.
  • Experience designing agent-based systems - multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, and orchestration - using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph or directly against LLM provider SDKs; familiarity with RAG and context management.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-augmented development environment, leveraging agents like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex for coding, debugging, and review - and able to evaluate AI output critically.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS; familiarity with cloud AI/ML services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based financial or operations platforms, including APIs, integrations, single sign-on, and data visualization.
  • Skilled at writing requirements (agile user stories and traditional formats), creating clear documentation, and demoing work to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, including presenting to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with financial applications preferred.
