Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking, routing and switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, cloud networking, network security, and network automation.

The candidate will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, DevOps, and application teams to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable network environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Design and manage routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IS-IS.
  • Implement and troubleshoot VLANs, VXLAN, STP, VRF, HSRP/VRRP, EtherChannel, and QoS.
  • Manage enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
  • Work with security teams on network segmentation, firewall policies, ACLs, and Zero Trust architecture.
  • Implement and support Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, or equivalent data-center networking technologies.
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, availability, and utilization.
  • Troubleshoot complex network outages and performance issues.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Design highly available network solutions using redundancy and failover mechanisms.
  • Support cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Automate network configuration and operational tasks using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Develop network standards, diagrams, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in network upgrades, migrations, data-center implementations, and infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical leadership.
