This role offers hands-on experience across site civil, municipal, transportation, surveying and construction-related work, along with opportunities to begin guiding less experienced staff and communicating directly with clients and agencies.

Why Join Lynch & Associates?
  • $75,000–$85,000 salary range, based on experience and qualifications, plus bonus potential

  • Professional licensing reimbursement and educational benefits
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid holidays and PTO
  • Long- and short-term disability, life insurance and opportunities for continued growth
What You'll Do
  • Complete civil engineering and surveying-related tasks under the direction of a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Work independently on assigned project tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to prepare surveys, site plans, grading plans, utility plans, construction layout and staking information.

  • Ability to meet Lynch & Associates' automotive-insurability requirements for business driving.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; Lynch is unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time.
