  • Direct our SEO content roadmap and agent-led content strategies, recommending content that matches search/prompt intent, wins against competitors, and converts traffic

  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics to build attribution and measurement infrastructure tying organic activity directly to PLG and SLG conversion to prioritize roadmap decisions

  • Lead technical SEO strategy (site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, international/multi-region SEO) and direct content/link-building strategy

  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing SEO/AEO team, making critical resource decisions around agency partners and agent vs. human deployment

  • Serve as the executive‑facing SME on SEO/AEO, regularly presenting strategy, performance, and market shifts to senior leadership

About you

  • 10+ years in SEO with senior team leadership experience in B2B SaaS, including a proven track record of scaling organic into a major revenue‑generating acquisition channel across global regions

  • Demonstrated experience owning organic across both PLG and SLG motions, with accountability for trial starts, MQLs, and pipeline

  • Hands‑on experience building an AEO strategy, running experiments, establishing measurement, and driving results in AI answer engines

  • Deep technical SEO fluency across site architecture, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, and international SEO, with credibility working alongside engineering teams

  • Rigorous, data‑driven operating style with experience building models, running experiments, making evidence‑based prioritization calls, and applying SQL skills

  • Proven team leadership experience hiring, coaching, and developing talent across multiple regions and time zones

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, and Marketing leadership, representing the channel confidently to senior stakeholders
