Job description

Location: Remote (Preferred candidates based in the U.S., Europe, or South America)About the Role

You will own paid acquisition across major ad platforms while improving conversion rates and lifecycle performance. You will work closely with the Creative Director, product, and leadership to scale acquisition efficiently while maintaining compliance with platform and healthcare regulations.

You are not responsible for graphic design - but you must drive testing strategy and performance optimization.


What You'll Own

1. Paid Acquisition (Core Responsibility)

Own strategy, execution, and optimization across:

  • Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Reddit Ads
  • Tiktok Ads
  • Microsoft Ads (Bing)
  • App Lovin
  • Ad Roll

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale paid budgets efficiently
  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV
  • Conduct structured A/B testing across copy,creatives, offers, audiences, and funnels
  • Adjust bidding strategies and campaign structure based on data
  • Identify scaling opportunities without increasing risk exposure

You must understand advertising restrictions related to healthcare, medical claims, and regulated products.

2. Landing Page & Funnel Optimization (CRO)

  • Improve and test multiple funnels
  • Recommend landing page structure improvements
  • Suggest pricing tests, bundling experiments, and offer adjustments
  • Propose creative test variations to the Creative Director
  • Improve checkout and subscription flow performance

Important: You do not design visuals, but you drive performance testing strategy.

3. Compliance & Platform Policy Awareness

  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform ad policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Understand regulated marketing limitations (medical claims, disclaimers)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prevent account flags or shutdown risk
  • Maintain a risk-aware scaling strategy
4. Lifecycle & Retention (Critical Gap to Build)

Own and build our lifecycle marketing engine:

  • SMS automation
  • Email automation
  • Abandoned cart flows
  • Post-purchase sequences
  • Subscription retention campaigns
  • Win-back flows

Goals:

  • Increase LTV
  • Improve retention rates
  • Reduce churn
  • Personalize messaging based on behavior

Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar platforms preferred.

5. Analytics & Attribution
  • Build reporting dashboards
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV
  • Understand subscription economics (LTV > CAC model)
  • Improve attribution clarity across channels
  • Inform budget allocation decisions using data
