What You Will Own

You’ll own design system, delightful interactions, and be the Polish Czar of Rogo. Your job will be to collaborate closely with design & engineering to drive and increase the level the craft across the Rogo product. You get to set the quality bar for what goes out the door at Rogo.

We believe that the product layer is critical to winning this market, and with that - creating a product that our users actually love is a massive opportunity to differentiate in institutional finance. Institutional finance is not used to using software that\'s beautifully designed & built with care. We can change that.

  • Be the Polish Czar at Rogo - add the last mile details that make Rogo feel like a unified, beautiful experience
  • Own the design system and collaborate closely with design & engineering in Figma and Code to maintain and constantly improve it.
  • Concept and implement moments of delight across the web & product experience
  • Continue to build on the high quality, high craft culture at Rogo
What You Will Bring

You should be experienced and passionate about building delightful interactions, polished design systems, and:

  • You are a strong frontend engineer with a strong eye for design, are proficient in React / NextJS, and design/animation libraries like Framer Motion, GSAP or other.
  • You excel at building browser-native, robust, DOM-compliant React components, taking into account accessibility, reusability, cross-platform considerations.
  • You are comfortable in Figma, especially creating useful, code-compatible design systems
  • You understand how to build polished, composable design system components in a scalable, easy-to-maintain way
  • You have a portfolio showcasing a variety of compelling web / engineering projects that demonstrate a strong eye for polish, craft, and attention to detail.
  • You can think creatively about Rogo’s product experience and bringing delight to our users.
