The Role
This role reports to the Columbus Operations Supervisor. This role is based in Columbus, Ohio and the overall mission of this role is to ensure the Technical Services needs of internal and external customers are met.
Points of responsibility include:
  • Service rentals orders, customer repairs, contractor assembly builds, and in shop troubleshooting.
  • Complete all rental CICOs within 48 hours of equipment arriving
  • Complete all rental checklists and paperwork prior to equipment shipping
  • Document orders with pictures, copies of shipping documents, and other steps as per the BlastOne standards
  • Make sure all workflows have proper QC checks before leaving Blastfab area
  • Champion a safe workplace
  • Keep work cell and tools area clean, organized, and ready for work at all times
  • Provide support to other warehouse areas by floating for periods of time based on order demand
  • Communicate in a positive manner with internal and external customers
  • Communicate via phone/email swiftly to confirm or keep work moving through the warehouse as expected
  • Load heavy machinery in a safe
  • Other tasks and duties based upon business needs.
  • Shifts vary Monday - Saturday from 7 am - 7 pm (shipping must be completed and/or delegated prior to leaving).

Required Skills/Qualifications
  • One to two years of repair/job shop experience
  • Industrial painting/sandblasting experience a plus
  • Forklift certified
  • Diesel engine repair and troubleshooting
