  • Recruit, train, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing team of Fitness Coaches and Membership Managers

  • Build a strong sales culture where coaches confidently establish value and sell training programs at a high level

  • Monitor and manage KPIs including memberships, cancellations, revenue, retention, and overall club performance

  • Build strong relationships with members and the local community to strengthen engagement and brand reputation

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

  • Strong sales mindset with confidence in driving revenue and accountability

  • Experience with personal training sales, membership sales, or high-ticket service sales preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills

  • Passion for fitness, leadership, and helping both members and staff succeed

  • CPR/AED certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay + monthly commissions + performance bonuses

  • Complimentary Anytime Fitness membership

  • Leadership development and ongoing mastermind training opportunities

  • Clear advancement opportunities within multi club leadership

  • Positive, high performance culture focused on growth, leadership, and accountability

Who Thrives Here
  • Leaders who take ownership and solve problems without waiting for direction

  • Managers who are confident driving sales and coaching others to do the same

  • High performers who thrive under accountability and measurable standards
