What is an engagement program manager?

Engagement Program Managers are professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that foster relationships and engagement between an organization and its stakeholders. These stakeholders can include customers, employees, partners, or community members. Their role often involves coordinating events, managing communications, measuring engagement metrics, and ensuring that engagement initiatives align with the organization's goals. Engagement Program Managers regularly work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on program objectives and execution.
