What is an engagement intern?

Engagement Interns are entry-level professionals who support an organization's engagement initiatives, often focusing on improving relationships with stakeholders such as employees, customers, or community members. Their responsibilities may include assisting with event planning, creating content for communications, conducting research, and gathering feedback to help shape engagement strategies. This role provides valuable experience in communication, project management, and teamwork, making it a great starting point for careers in human resources, marketing, or community outreach.

These tasks are designed to strengthen the organization’s connection with its community, enhance visibility, and support broader communication objectives. Collaboration with marketing, communications, and events teams is common, offering a dynamic learning environment and valuable networking opportunities.
