ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:• Engage in pricing and hedging of EM and G-10 FX & Rate derivatives.• Work closely with the sales team to develop the client franchise.• Help develop quantitative tools and models to optimize trading, reduce risk, market impact and increase profitability of trading algorithms.• Manage trading book including taking positions in capital markets as well as identifying and exploiting trading opportunities and hedging the risk.• Evaluate systematic versus specific risk and measuring portfolio concentration.• Manage risk in US underlying (including pricing, hedging, unwinding and monitoring).• Implement a new workflow on the Trading Desk in New York by introducing technology and trading models that will increase our Principal Trading capacity, minimize risk, and improve overall client service and allow rapid growth of our product offering (Agency, Algorithmic, Principal, Certificates, etc.) both domestic and international clients.• Pricing non-US trades for US customers during US hours.• Quantitative Analysis: designing tools that will help analyze client portfolios in order to expand our Portfolio services.
