You communicate clearly, manage your time effectively, and maintain a professional yet approachable presence with both clients and teammates.
What You'll Do

  • Develop drawings, models, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD that accurately communicate design intent
  • Participate in design charettes and create exhibits, studies, and client presentations
  • Conduct field measurements and site visits to understand existing conditions and project context
  • Research code and technical requirements to ensure compliance and feasibility
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other disciplines for cohesive project integration
  • Select materials and finishes aligned with project goals and sustainability practices
  • Review and implement redlines with precision and ownership
  • Mentor and support production staff as needed

Tools You'll Use

  • Active architectural license
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and production
  • Strong design and detailing skills, with an understanding of materials, codes, and construction methods
  • Proven ability to produce full drawing sets for small to medium projects
  • Experience with prototypical project specs, ComChecks, and custom detailing
  • A creative mindset and an eye for both aesthetics and practicality
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • A collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented attitude
