How youโ€™ll make an impact

Project Management

  • Lead the execution of High Voltage Products projects from order hand-over through project completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, progress reports, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, and delivery performance.
  • Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the key contact for customers regarding project execution, technical clarifications, and project status updates.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, and quality performance and support risk mitigation activities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and global stakeholders in fluent Korean and business-level English, both written and spoken.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate FAT, inspections, factory coordination, delivery planning, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Supply Chain & Procurement Management

  • Coordinate procurement activities for project-related equipment, materials, and services.
  • Monitor purchase order status, supplier performance, and manufacturing progress.
  • Follow up material deliveries and proactively expedite critical components to support project schedules.
  • Coordinate with local and global suppliers, factories, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support logistics planning, shipment tracking, customs-related coordination, and delivery issue resolution.
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement recovery plans to minimize project impacts.
  • Collaborate with SCM, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Your background

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Project Engineering.
  • Experience in electrical equipment, power systems, EPC projects, industrial projects, or energy industries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of project execution, procurement processes, supplier management, logistics coordination, and inventory planning.
  • Experience working with international suppliers, factories, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • No VISA problem for overseas travel
