About Suno

We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfilment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.

Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, itโ€™s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.

Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).

Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni with a shared passion for music, Suno has quickly grown to 200 employees while empowering more than 100 million people to create original songs. In 2026, we raised a $400 million Series D at a $5.4 billion valuation to continue building innovative products that amplify creativity and imagination.

About the Role

If youโ€™ve ever wanted to build something from scratch and own it end-to-end, this is it. Suno is looking for a Creator Program Manager to own our ambassador program โ€” sourcing, onboarding, and scaling a network of creator advocates who drive Sunoโ€™s organic growth. Youโ€™ll be joining our Influencer Marketing team at a moment when we need to move fast, be scrappy and prioritize scale. The program needs more pipeline, more quality creators, and more output, and youโ€™re the person whoโ€™s going to make that happen. Youโ€™ll partner closely with Growth and Influencer Marketing to build the systems, relationships, and campaigns that turn great creators into great Suno ambassadors.

Hereโ€™s a song we made about the role: https://suno.com/s/z03E89izj9mSWs8d

What You'll Do
  • Source and onboard new ambassadors at scale โ€” building and owning the full pipeline from prospecting to contracting to activation

  • Design and manage systems and processes to support 1,000+ active ambassadors, including 3rd party vendor relationships and tooling that makes the program run efficiently

  • Run campaigns end-to-end, from brief to execution, testing creative formats and doubling down on what works

  • Track performance and own data reporting โ€” turning ambassador output into clear signals that inform program strategy

  • Help make creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone โ€” by giving creators the tools, support, and opportunities to share what they make with Suno with the world

What Youโ€™ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in ambassador programs, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships

  • Proven track record sourcing and scaling creator networks โ€” you know how to find great creators and how to keep them

  • Deep understanding of UGC, creative brief writing, and influencer contracting

  • Scrappy, self-starter energy โ€” you donโ€™t wait for perfect conditions, you build the conditions

  • Highly autonomous with the ability to manage a complex, high-volume program independently

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments โ€” you adapt before most people notice things changed

  • Proficient in AI tools including Claude

  • Familiarity with ambassador management and tracking tools โ€“ able to manage a large group of ambassadors at large scale

  • Experience with or genuine enthusiasm for Suno

  • Strong intuition for UGC and consumer culture โ€” you know whatโ€™s going to resonate before the data does

Perks & Benefits
  • Company Equity Package

  • 401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)

  • 11 Paid Holidays + Unlimited PTO & Sick Time

  • 16 Weeks of Paid Parental Leave

  • Creative Education Stipend

  • Generous Commuter Allowance

  • In-Office Lunch (5 days per week)

Compensation

The annual base salary range is: $110,000 โ€“ $170,000 (before equity)
