We are seeking a talented, results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team and manage a premier maintenance portfolio. Position Summary
The Account Manager is the primary relationship manager for our elite clientele. You will oversee the full lifecycle of client interactionโ€”from initial sales and estimation to production coordination and quality assurance. This role requires a "customer-centric" leader who is thoroughly familiar with commercial landscape maintenance and possesses the sense of urgency needed to resolve issues and manage a year-round service suite, including enhancements and snow removal.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Relationship Management:ย Act as the primary liaison, conducting monthly client touchpoints to identify needs, resolve concerns, and ensure total satisfaction.
Sales & Growth:ย Meet annual sales goals by identifying enhancement opportunities, preparing accurate bids, and closing contracts.
Operational Oversight:ย Partner with Production Managers to ensure jobs stay on schedule and under budget while meeting our high craftsmanship standards.
Administrative Excellence:ย Maintain real-time data in CRM (LMN experience a plus), manage the billing of change orders, and coordinate with accounting for accurate processing.
Vendor Relations:ย Interface with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of specialized work.
Safety & Compliance:ย Ensure all field procedures follow company safety standards and comply with established SOPs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:ย Minimum of 5 years of professional landscaping experience; experience in horticulture, the service industry, or high-touch sales is required.
Education:ย A degree or coursework in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:ย Strong knowledge of local plant materials and commercial landscape operations.
Tech Savvy:ย Proficiency in CRM and estimating software; strong general computer skills.
Compliance:ย Must possess a valid driverโ€™s license and be insurable on the companyโ€™s policy.
