Join a dynamic manufacturing environment as a Facilities Project Manager, leading complex facilities, utility, infrastructure, and manufacturing support projects from concept through completion. In this highly visible role, you'll drive operational improvements, enhance facility reliability, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that support long-term business objectives.

Here's a glimpse into your day to day:
  • Manage multiple capital, facilities, utility, and manufacturing support projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop project scopes, technical requirements, engineering evaluations, and recommended solutions.
  • Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses.
  • Coordinate engineering, design, and technical activities performed by internal teams and external service providers.
  • Lead contractor bid evaluations, contractor selection processes, procurement support, and installation activities.
  • Provide field oversight during construction, equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and project closeout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
  • Provide technical expertise related to facility systems, utilities, manufacturing equipment, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Support equipment lifecycle management, including replacement planning and disposition of obsolete assets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards throughout project execution.
  • Lead reliability and process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost savings, equipment uptime, and sustainability.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for facility and manufacturing system issues.
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, presentations, and executive-level updates.

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience managing capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, utility, energy, chemical, or process environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with contractors, vendors, engineering firms, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, facility infrastructure, utilities, and plant reliability programs.
  • Knowledge of construction management, commissioning, and startup practices.
  • Experience conducting ROI analyses and developing capital appropriation requests.
  • Experience working in large facilities with expansion projects

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay: $120,000-150000 Annually (depending on experience)
