No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and teach you the communication and sales skills that have helped many of our team members launch successful careers in professional sales.

As a Window Sales Appointment Setter, you'll meet homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, introduce them to our products, and schedule free in-home consultations with our Window Design Consultants. You won't be selling windows-you'll be creating opportunities and helping homeowners discover better solutions for their homes.

What You'll Receive:

  • $15/hour guaranteed base pay
  • 5% commission on every completed sale generated from your appointments
  • Paid training from experienced sales professionals
  • Flexible scheduling (approximately 25 hours per week)
