An Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing programs that promote energy conservation and efficient energy use. They work with businesses, government agencies, and the public to develop strategies, conduct outreach, and ensure compliance with energy regulations. The role often involves analyzing energy usage data, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders to maximize the impact of energy-saving initiatives. Their work helps reduce energy costs and environmental impact.

What are the main challenges an energy efficiency program coordinator faces when implementing new initiatives?

One of the primary challenges for an Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator is securing buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including building owners, tenants, and utility partners.
