About Holley Performance Brands

Holley Performance Brands is the powerhouse behind some of the most iconic names in automotive performance. For over a century, we’ve fueled the passion of car and truck enthusiasts with innovative products, legendary brands, and a commitment to performance. From the racetrack to the street, we’re driven by a shared love for speed, power, and pushing what’s possible — and we’re building the next generation of digital experiences to match that same energy.

About The Team

At Holley Performance Brands, our Customer Experience Center of Excellence team is shaping the future of Holley’s 360° digital retail experience. We help customers connect with the right products across Holley’s brands, stores, distributors, and partners. Our goal is simple — create personalized, data-driven experiences that build lasting relationships between brands and their customers.

About The Role

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Data Analyst, COE to join our growing analytics team at an exciting direct-to-consumer automotive performance company. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics, this mid-level role combines hands-on reporting and dashboard work with deeper marketing analytics responsibilities — including experimentation, campaign optimization, and absorbing key data services to support the enterprise and divisional stakeholders.

You will build reports, maintain dashboards, analyze channel and divisional performance, run analytical experiments, and help deliver actionable insights that drive strategic marketing and business decisions in a high consideration buying environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in automotive DTC marketing analytics while taking ownership of high-impact deliverables.

This position is based in the Nashville, TN office and will be an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Dashboards Develop, Build, maintain, and quality-check recurring performance reports and custom dashboards in Power BI (or Tableau/Looker) for channel and divisional stakeholders, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and clearly presented to non-technical audiences. Design interactive visualizations and monitor automated reports for anomalies, flagging issues and investigating root causes. Assist in developing new reporting templates for new channels, campaigns, or initiatives.
  • Channel & Divisional Analysis Pull and analyze performance data across DTC channels (paid media, organic, email/CRM, website) and cross-channel sources — summarizing trends, identifying drop-offs in the funnel, and surfacing observations. Support divisional tracking by consolidating multi-source data for comparisons across product lines or regions. Help maintain channel attribution frameworks and conduct ad hoc analyses to answer stakeholder questions quickly.
  • Experimentation & Marketing Analytics Perform deep-dive analyses and experiments (A/B tests, geo-lift studies, multivariate testing) to measure marketing efficiency, campaign impact, and ROI across paid, owned, and offline tactics. Analyze customer behavior, transactional metrics, and campaign performance to recommend optimizations.
  • Data Management & Quality Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries in Snowflake (or similar cloud warehouse) for reporting, experimentation, and decision support. Assist in ETL processes, data extraction/transformation from sources including Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Salesforce CRM, and internal systems. Perform regular data quality checks, support UTM/tagging QA, and maintain organized data assets and documentation.
  • Research & Insight Support Conduct market/competitive research to inform channel and divisional strategy. Support preparation of presentation materials for performance reviews, clearly communicating findings to non-technical audiences. Assist with A/B test setup, monitoring, and results summarization.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field preferred.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in data analysis, with strong preference for marketing analytics, market research, or campaign performance roles.
  • 1-3 years hands-on production-level SQL in Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar modern cloud data warehouse.
  • Experience in automotive, high-consideration consumer goods, or DTC environments is a plus.

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, interactive dashboards); experience with Tableau or Looker also valued.
  • Strong SQL skills for complex querying and analysis.
  • Solid Excel expertise (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation).
  • Proficiency with web analytics (GA4 or Adobe), UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce).
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CVR) and their business impact.
  • Excellent attention to detail, clear written/verbal communication, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and comfort working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B, geo-lift, multivariate).
  • Background in automotive aftermarket or performance markets.

Why Join Us

  • Shape how Holley shows up in the real world — from racetracks and events to partnerships that define automotive performance culture
  • Own high-impact partnerships from strategy through activation, with the opportunity to directly influence brand visibility and commercial outcomes
  • Work at the intersection of brand, community, and motorsport, connecting iconic products to the people and moments that matter most
  • Be part of a transformation as we build a faster, more integrated marketing organization designed to win in a competitive, enthusiast-driven market
  • Collaborate with a passionate team that values ownership, creativity, and a bias toward action

Why Holley Is a Great Place to Work

At Holley, we’re more than a performance parts company—we’re a community of enthusiasts, innovators, and problem-solvers. We offer a competitive benefits package and a culture that values both performance and people.

Benefits:

  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one.
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and 9 paid holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Company-paid life and short-term disability insurance
  • Employee discounts on Holley Performance Brands products, events, and partnerships
  • Education Assistance program
