The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who helps bring sneaker culture to life in a fun, welcoming way for customers of all ages. Sales Associates act as friendly brand ambassadors, helping customers find the right styles and fits, supporting daily store activities, and keeping the store looking clean, fresh, and ready for the next visit.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Customer Experience & Sales
• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they'll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they're ready to go and arrive on time.
Store Ops & Execution
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Teamwork & Culture
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.
