We are an independent third-party firm with a passion for Elevating Project Delivery through the commissioning process. We are looking for the best of the best to join our elite team of engineers, analytics, energy, and commissioning professionals.
Established in 2017, our firm is experiencing exponential growth with current and future projects around the U.S. We are looking for technical experience in HVAC controls and automation, data analytics, and energy services to join our Energy and Analytics Group. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground level of a small but growing company, in a position to assist with developing an innovative division within the company.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The role will be responsible for management of planning, implementation, and ongoing commissioning programs for new and existing clients. Our analytics system has many facets including Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD), Energy Analytics, Automated Functional Testing, Ongoing Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning, Energy Auditing, and Facilities Optimization. This position will support optimal use of these functions for both our commissioning division and our energy & analytics division.
EXPECTED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the Building Automation System (BAS) / Systems Integration industry OR software development and data analytics.
  • Experience in the commercial building energy sector - Energy Audits, Retro-Cx, Re-Cx, Energy Modelling.
  • Experience with system integration including standard communication protocols such as BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus, etc.
  • Experience with implementation and programming of SkySpark Analytics.
  • Experience as Master System Integrator, developing programs to integration building wide MEPF integrations.
  • Understanding of IT/OT Systems and Networking
  • Understanding of system operation including mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, excel, power point, etc.)
  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Highly organized
  • As a work from home position, must be Self-Motivated
  • Time Management skills

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develop monitoring-based commissioning programs/plans for new projects.
  • Peer review controls designs and network architecture plans/specs to ensure alignment with advanced analytics and fault detection requirements.
  • Review and development of sequences of operations to ensure high performing HVAC systems and analytical outputs.
  • Coordinate network integration and SkySpark implementation with key project stakeholders (controls vendor, owner IT, owner facilities).
  • Utilize SkySpark to support new construction commissioning efforts, and existing building RCx/MBCx efforts
  • Manage ongoing commissioning programs for existing clients including re-occurring client meetings, work order tracking, analytics reviews, and recommendations to support increased energy performance, reliability, and comfort.
  • Internal Quality Controls and Feedback to Development and R&D team on enhancing use case for SkySpark and analytical functions
  • Development of internal standards and procedures to optimize use of analytics across the company.
  • Running efficient and coordinated meetings, capturing and delivering meeting minutes to the project team.
  • Ongoing client support and management
  • Retro-Commissioning (RCx) and Energy Auditing of Existing Facilities
  • Experience navigation various Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Ability to climb ladders/stairs and to lift and carry loads in excess of 20 lbs. Able to be on a job site for extended periods of time (8-10 hours).
  • Travel as needed. Vehicle transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
  • This position will require travel around the U.S, assumed at 25% of the time.
