What You’ll Do

As a Wood-n-Tap Restaurant Manager, you will:

Lead Guest Experience + Operations
  • Deliver and maintain a truly exceptional guest experience

  • Oversee a high-quality food and beverage program

  • Consistently model hospitality

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence at all times

Build and Develop Great Teams
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones

  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline when needed

  • Create a fun, safe, motivating workplace rooted in our core values

Drive Performance + Profitability
  • Contribute to sales growth and improved profitability

  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls

  • Support contests and incentive programs that energize the team

Own Scheduling + Leadership Coverage
  • Direct and assign work before, during, and after service

  • Create weekly schedules and manage staffing needs strategically

  • Lead by example on the floor and in the trenches

Ensure Compliance
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards

  • Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with all employment policies
