This position is based onsite at our hospital, with a full-time commitment of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Our facility is designed for optimal patient flow and comfort, providing all necessary resources for diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures. Notably, there are no after-hours calls or weekend shifts, allowing our physicians to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Work as a vital member of our ENT team, collaborating closely with other physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to manage patient care effectively.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as flexible laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy, and conduct minor surgical interventions as needed.
• Provide thorough evaluations and management of a wide spectrum of ENT-related issues, including allergies, sinusitis, hearing loss, and throat disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on comprehensive assessments and diagnostic results.
• Assist with administrative matters, such as filling orders and scheduling laboratory tests, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
• Engage in continuous learning and upskill through departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.

The patient population in our Springfield facility is diverse, ranging from pediatric to adult patients experiencing various ENT disorders. • A minimum of two years of experience in otolaryngology or a related medical field.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant healthcare discipline is required.
• Possession of a valid California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License, as well as a DEA license.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative healthcare delivery.

• Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine is highly valued.
• Clinical rotations during medical training or other healthcare experiences in relevant fields will enhance candidate suitability.
• Familiarity with ENTs specific tools and diagnostic equipment used in our practice enhances real-time patient outcomes.
