The Otolaryngology department at Sierra Healthcare is excited to announce a full-time opening for a Board Eligible/Board Certified ENT Physician. Work Environment

This position is located onsite within our hospital facility where you’ll find a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Our department is equipped with advanced medical technologies and tools that facilitate high-quality patient care. The work schedule is structured as Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with no expectations for call, evening, or weekend work, allowing for a desirable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and management of a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Perform clinical procedures including flexible laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, and other minor interventions.
• Develop comprehensive care plans for patients, accurately diagnosing medical problems and prescribing appropriate treatments.
• Administer and interpret diagnostic procedures, scheduling laboratory tests as necessary.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced ENT physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in patient education, guiding individuals through treatment processes and fostering understanding of their health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The candidate will address a diverse patient demographic, managing both routine cases and complex conditions, offering solutions tailored to each patient's needs. Our patient population experiences a range of ENT issues from sinusitis and allergies to hearing loss and sleep apnea, allowing for a fulfilling variety of clinical interactions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience specific to otolaryngology.
• A valid California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License is mandatory.
• Possession of a DEA license is required to prescribe medications.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical rotations during education that focused on ENT practices.
• Additional experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in clinical teams and patient-facing roles.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 250,000 to 350,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience. Our compensation package includes:
