Job Overview

Position: Registered Nurse - Operating Room, Part-Time Weekend Shifts with Sign-On Bonus Available

Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, consisting of two 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Location: Our organization offers advanced outpatient and inpatient surgical services, including robotic surgery and an endovascular hybrid suite.

  • High-Volume Endovascular Surgery, including TCAR and EVAR
  • Three Intuitive Da Vinci Robots for Surgical Procedures
  • Mako Robotic Surgery for Total Knee Replacements
  • State-of-the-Art Laparoscopic Surgery with Stryker SPY-PHU 4K Fluorescence Capability
  • Advanced Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery Utilizing Stealth Technology
  • Robotic Urology Surgery
  • High-Volume Orthopedic Procedures, including Total Joint Replacements
  • Operating Room Extern Program – Periop 101

Key Responsibilities

The staff nurse is responsible for delivering nursing care to patients across all age groups, employing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum Experience: New graduates of nursing programs are welcome to apply.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification is mandatory.
  • Additional Qualifications: Advanced certification in a specialty area is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is also preferred, along with nursing experience in a hospital setting.
