POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist works with the physicians and clinical team to provide anesthesia services at our Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC's). The CRNA will provide consistent, patient centered care throughout the preoperative period.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in the Gastrointestinal Specialty is preferred, but not required
• Must be comfortable with an independent practice model
• Must be available to work at least 4 days per week
• Must satisfy credentialing requirements
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (medical and/or religious exemptions permitted.)
• Must maintain HIPAA compliance when accessing Personal Health Information (PHI).
• Must be able to perform physical duties when necessary.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently as part of a team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a CRNA.
• Must possess and maintain an active RN and CRNA License in the State of Florida.
• Must possess and maintain CRNA license through the NBCRNA
• Must possess ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Must possess and maintain an active membership with the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand, walk and sit for an extended amount of time.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to see within normal parameters.
• Ability to hear within normal range.
• Ability to use hands, arms, and legs within specifications of the job.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

All ASCs (Jacksonville Center for Endoscopy Riverside, Jacksonville Center for Endoscopy Southside, Orange Park Endoscopy Center, Nassau Crossing Endoscopy Center, Durbin Crossing Endoscopy Center, and St. Augustine Endoscopy Center)
