Endo Techs play a crucial role in infection control by properly cleaning and sterilizing instruments. They work closely with the medical team to ensure procedures run smoothly and efficiently.

What jobs pay 10,000 a month without a degree?

For an Endo Tech or similar roles, earning $10,000 a month without a degree typically requires extensive experience, specialized skills, or certifications. High-paying technical or healthcare support roles may reach this level through overtime, bonuses, or advanced training, but most positions in this field require relevant certifications and on-the-job experience. Generally, achieving such income without a degree is more common in sales, entrepreneurship, or skilled trades.

What does an endo tech do?

An endo tech assists with endoscopic procedures by preparing and sterilizing equipment, setting up the procedure room, and supporting the medical team during surgeries. They may also handle patient positioning, monitor equipment function, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Certification or training in healthcare technology is often required for this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Endo Tech, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Endo Tech, you need knowledge of endoscopic procedures, sterile techniques, and a high school diploma or relevant certification in endoscopy technology. Familiarity with endoscopy equipment, cleaning protocols, and electronic health records is typically required.
