What You'll Do:
- Perform EEG procedures including routine EEG, epilepsy monitoring, sEEG, neurotelemetry, and ictal SPECT
- Manage acute neurological cases in trauma and critical care settings
- Ensure accurate patient hook-up using collodion/glue EEG techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Float between Riley Hospital for Children and Methodist Hospital as needed
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Document findings accurately in Cerner charting system
What You Need:
- Required:
- Valid ABRET certification, BLS, and R.EEG T certification
- Minimum 2 years of neuro diagnostic experience
- Ability to work 5 x 8 shifts during training if necessary
- Flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts and major holidays as required
- Preferred:
- Experience with collodion/glue EEG hook-up
