What You'll Do:

  • Perform EEG procedures including routine EEG, epilepsy monitoring, sEEG, neurotelemetry, and ictal SPECT
  • Manage acute neurological cases in trauma and critical care settings
  • Ensure accurate patient hook-up using collodion/glue EEG techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Float between Riley Hospital for Children and Methodist Hospital as needed
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
  • Document findings accurately in Cerner charting system

What You Need:

  • Required:
    • Valid ABRET certification, BLS, and R.EEG T certification
    • Minimum 2 years of neuro diagnostic experience
    • Ability to work 5 x 8 shifts during training if necessary
    • Flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts and major holidays as required
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with collodion/glue EEG hook-up
