We are seeking a Principal UX Designer / UX Architect to lead user experience strategy and design for complex, large-scale digital products and enterprise platforms. This role will drive end-to-end UX initiatives across research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and implementation, with a strong focus on marketing experiences from brand to demand generation.

The ideal candidate combines deep UX expertise with strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead UX strategy, architecture, and execution for complex enterprise digital products and platforms.
  • Define user-centered design strategies aligned with business, customer, product, and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the complete UX lifecycle, including user research, ideation, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design implementation.
  • Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences that solve complex user and business problems.
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, and user insights to inform design decisions and measure experience impact.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
  • Establish UX standards, patterns, frameworks, and best practices across enterprise products.
  • Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using industry-standard UX tools.
  • Present UX concepts, strategies, research findings, and design rationale to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide design direction to UX designers and contribute to the overall UX practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user behavior, feedback, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Significant experience working in a Principal, Lead, Architect, or similar senior UX capacity.
  • Proven experience leading UX strategy and execution for complex, large-scale digital products or platforms in global enterprise environments.
  • Experience designing experiences for marketing organizations, including brand-to-demand-generation journeys.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of impactful digital experiences and the ability to solve complex business and user problems through data-informed design.
  • Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices across the full design lifecycle.
  • Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analytics, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency with UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex UX concepts, strategies, and design decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with global enterprise brands and large-scale digital ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience using analytics and experimentation to optimize digital experiences.
  • Experience mentoring UX professionals and providing design leadership across multiple teams or products.
