Job description

This position is part of the Application Delivery & Lifecycle (ADL) team, a cross-functional team of technical and business process experts. The Application Delivery & Lifecycle (ADL) team drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead and coordinate SAP SD, Vistex, and SCM functional analysts across support, enhancement, and project activities, ensuring effective workload management, prioritization, and delivery execution.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents and critical business issues, providing functional leadership and oversight for issue resolution.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance for SAP SD, Vistex, gATP, aATP, and related supply chain solutions while maintaining sufficient hands-on involvement in key initiatives.

  • Own the functional roadmap for Order-to-Cash and related supply chain processes, aligning business priorities with technology capabilities and SAP best practices.

  • Partner with business leaders, process owners, and key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, define priorities, and deliver business value through SAP solutions.

  • Lead solution analysis, architecture, design reviews, configuration strategy, testing approach, and deployment planning, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and business objectives.

  • Govern end-to-end integrations across SAP and non-SAP solutions, including FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM, and external applications.

  • Manage the relationship and performance of AMS stakeholders ensuring service levels and delivery commitments are achieved.

  • Maintain, and enforce functional design standards, documentation practices, and SAP best practices across the team.

  • Review and approve functional specifications, solution designs, and major configuration decisions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Lead resource planning, effort estimation, and delivery coordination for support, enhancement, and project activities.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members by promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and continuous improvement.

  • Own the transition strategy between project delivery and operational support, ensuring solution readiness, knowledge transfer, support documentation, and governance processes are effectively established.

  • Monitor application performance, service levels, and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP landscape.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • University degree or equivalent by experience

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP SD configuration and solution delivery experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA

  • Proven expertise with SAP Global ATP and Advanced ATP processes and configuration.

  • Strong functional knowledge of Vistex solution, including Incentive Administration (IA), Agreement Management, Rebates. Transactional Model and Composite Model.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes, including integration points with FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM

  • Experience leading or supporting data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities for SAP transformation and enhancement projects.

  • Experience integrating SAP with external and third-party applications using enterprise integration patterns and technologies.

  • Experience leading functional teams and coordinating resources across multiple initiatives.

  • Proven ability to mentor and develop SAP analysts and consultants.

  • Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical support escalations

  • Strong project delivery and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to drive strategic roadmap discussions and align technology investments with business objectives.

  • Experience facilitating governance, architecture, and design review processes.

  • Experience managing professional services contracts and contractors.

  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience estimating effort, resource requirements, and solution delivery timelines.

  • Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities

  • You’re able to work in English (written and oral)

Availability:

  • Availability to work on a shift schedule covering a 24/7 operation is essential. Note that this role will imply being available on irregular hours.
