Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: GRAPEVINE - REMOTE - Grapevine, TX 76051Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeJob Shift: DayJob Category: BankingJob Summary: The Commercial Card Program Manager is responsible for leading Encore Bank’s transition to In-House Issuing, establishing third-party processor selection, and ongoing.  This project includes building the solution, migrating Encore customers to the solution, and establishing a platform that positions Encore for the future.  This is a critical project requiring the candidate to leverage their extensive industry experience, to work independently, as well as work closely with Operations, Risk, IT/Technology, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and frontline leaders.  The role ensures that Commercial Card is positioned to win in the marketplace and supported with the right tools, training, and campaigns to accelerate growth.       This role will evolve to support the ongoing success of the line of business and Encore customers, as well as helping keep risks in check, establishing and streamlining client-facing and operational processes, and continually monitoring vendors to achieve contracted commitments.   Primary Responsibilities: The duties listed below are some of the duties that may be assigned and may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. Lead in-house processing effort including: \tNetwork membership and BIN selections \tVisa / MasterCard Incentive Negotiation \tProcessor RFP & Selection \tPlatform build \tRisk assessment and establish internal risk management controls including fraud \tEstablish and formalize customer service model \tCore G/L integration, settlement \tRevenue Share database creation \tCertification and UAT Pilot & Portfolio Conversion & cut over \tHelp with selecting pilot cohort to establish client feedback loop \tLiaison with agent bank project pertaining to portfolio conversion \tLead formal go live and ‘cut over’ to Encore platform \tTransition to BAU Performance Tracking \tEstablish, track, and share dashboards on key commercialization and performance metrics (activation, utilization, fee income growth, and client retention), recommending course corrections as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance \tEnsure all GTM activities are operationally feasible and compliant by partnering with Product Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc. \tAssist in design of future solution roadmap. Operational Excellence \tOversee end-to-end card client experience, simplifying how products are sold and implemented through stronger onboarding workflows, documentation, and handoffs across Sales, Operations, and Technology. \tDevelop deep expertise in Encore’s commercial online banking platform and integrated Treasury ecosystem, including API-enabled capabilities. Adoption & Growth Campaigns \tDesign and execute targeted adoption and growth campaigns, including cross-sell and expansion plays by segment, region, and client profile. \tPartner with Marketing on client-facing campaigns, events, and thought leadership to support Treasury growth. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines. \tBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.  MBA Preferred. \t5+ years of experience in Commercial Card / Treasury Product Management, Commercial Payment Sales, Product Commercialization, or Commercial Banking. \tStrong knowledge of Treasury Management solutions, including commercial card, payments, receivables, information reporting, liquidity, and digital/API-enabled channels. \tDemonstrated success driving product adoption, revenue growth, and sales enablement in a relationship-based banking environment. \tAbility to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders without direct authority. \tExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex Treasury concepts for clients and frontline teams. \tData-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide pricing, adoption, and growth strategies. \tWillingness to travel approximately 15–20%.
