Subaru Love-Encore Specialist (POST DELIVERY)

Join the MILEA Subaru Family and Help Owners Fall in Love with Their New Ride – Again!

Are you passionate about technology, cars, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking an enthusiastic Subaru Love-Encore Specialist to join our dealership team!

As our Love-Encore Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for new Subaru owners, ensuring they fully understand and appreciate all the advanced features of their vehicle – from EyeSight® safety systems and STARLINK® infotainment to Bluetooth pairing, navigation, adaptive cruise control, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact new Subaru owners 14-60 days after purchase to schedule complimentary one-on-one Love-Encore sessions
  • Conduct personalized redelivery appointments, answering questions and demonstrating vehicle technology
  • Customize settings for infotainment, driver assists, voice commands, and connected services
  • Educate sales and service teams on Subaru features
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups (phone, email, text), and program incentives
  • Track customer satisfaction and promote the Subaru Love Promise®

What We're Looking For:

  • Tech-savvy individual with strong knowledge of smartphones, apps, and automotive technology (Subaru experience a plus!)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – patient, friendly, and customer-focused
  • Enthusiastic about the Subaru brand and committed to creating "wow" moments
  • Professional demeanor with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean record
