• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including the formulation of clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s specific requirements and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies for clients presenting acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate and appropriate support when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards throughout.
• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses all facets of the client’s well-being.
• Educate clients and their family members about mental health concerns, treatment pathways, and available community resources, advocating effectively for their rights and needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy and telehealth services.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a telehealth provider, you will leverage remote tools to create strong therapeutic alliances, ensuring that all clients feel supported, understood, and empowered during their treatment experience.

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills is necessary to formulate effective treatment approaches.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that foster effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Successful ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• A strong commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice is essential.

• Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly utilizing telehealth methods, will be advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
