Override Health is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our innovative telehealth team in Lynnwood, Washington. In this full-time remote position, you will play a critical role in providing empathetic and comprehensive care to individuals suffering from chronic pain. • Conduct virtual counseling sessions focused on chronic pain management, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans that address both psychological and physical aspects of chronic pain.
• Facilitate educational workshops for patients on lifestyle changes, stress management, and self-care practices that promote overall wellness.
• Empower patients by coaching them to actively engage in their pain management journey, encouraging mindfulness and self-advocacy.
• Provide ongoing emotional support and guidance, addressing any psychological barriers that hinder patients’ healing process.

Your outreach will primarily focus on patients living with chronic pain, which can stem from various conditions including fibromyalgia, arthritis, or post-surgical recovery. Many of these individuals face not only physical pain but also psychological challenges such as anxiety and depression. By offering compassionate and tailored counseling, you will help them navigate their treatment journey and empower them to achieve a better quality of life.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State.
• Proven ability to leverage telehealth platforms for effective counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with patients remotely.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, bringing insights that enhance collective patient care.

• At least 3 years of experience in counseling individuals with chronic pain or related health conditions.
• Experience in health coaching or wellness programs is a plus, as it aligns with our holistic approach to patient care.
• Familiarity with Behavioral Health Integration and trauma-informed care methodologies.

Override Health offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
