SUMMARY

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to contribute to our ongoing expansion. Key responsibilities encompass addressing IT Helpdesk requests, administering our M365 environment, performing hardware and software upgrades, resolving system errors, and supporting the deployment of new IT technologies.
Experience with AI administration experience is required, including system maintenance and support. The ideal candidate can manage both corporate office needs and remote assistance for off-site locations.

Some travel may be required to visit off-site field offices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Skilled with M365, SharePoint, remote management and monitoring tools
Handle IT Helpdesk requests and resolve user issues
Training new users on hardware (laptops, docking stations, desk phones, headsets, screens)
Monitor LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi to ensure connectivity
Support and management of hardware/software deployments
Administration of AI applications (Claude, CoPilot)
Administration of email security tools and cybersecurity training
Management of user access and permissions across platforms (M365, etc.)

EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE)

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors in information systems or related field preferred.
2-3 years of IT support experience with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Skilled with M365, SharePoint, remote management tools, and Ubiquiti network devices
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgrades
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and works well both independently and as part of a team; able to learn effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solutions; must have a can-do attitude and proven follow-through skills.
