Job description

Position: Tech Lead

Location: New York, NY - Hybrid (1x per week in ofc)

Must Have's:

  1. Technical skill - Node JS (mandatory) + AWS (mandatory) + Claude AI (mandatory) + Vercel + Dynamo DB
  2. Domain skill - Video Encoding (mandatory), Video Streaming
  3. Team Size - 1 or 2 reportee at onsite & 10+ reportee from nearshore/offshore

Key Deliverables: Solutioning, AI adoption, Client liasoning, Requirements, Analysis & Design, Solutioning using AI technologies (Claude), Development (using Claude), Process optimisations & automations, Offshore team co-ordination, team buildings, maintain/ improvise team culture etc.
